肯吉亚克油田地层评价及钻头选型研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用测井资料,结合室内岩心岩石力学参数测试结果,开展了肯吉亚克油田地层评价及钻头选型研究,建立了肯基亚克油田地层抗钻特性评价剖面;依据地层抗钻特性评价结果将肯吉亚克油田二开、三开井段划分为5段地层;再结合各段地层的岩石力学参数统计结果,给出了相应层段的钻头选型建议,并对相应层段的钻头性能进行了评价,提出了肯吉亚克油田的钻头选型方案。现场试验结果表明,该研究对于设计肯吉亚克油田个性化钻头具有重要意义。 Kenkiyak Oilfield was located at east edge of Caspian Sea Basin in the west of Kazakhstan Shore. Average drilling rate of this oilfield was only 0.92~1.63 meter per hour. In order to improve drilling rate, formation evaluation and bit selection for Kenkiyak Oilfield were developed. Based on logging data and core sample test results, rock mechanical parameters f are evaluated. Formation of second and third well segment in Kenkiyak Oilfield was classified into five parts according to rock mechanical parameters of the researched area. Then, in combination with statistical results of rock mechanical parameters, suggestions for bit selection of every well segment are given. According to evaluation results of bit performance, bit type for Kenkiyak Oilfield is optimized. The application results indicate that it is very important for personalized bit design.
