大图们江地区开发对吉林省对外开放的影响

Development of Tumen River Area and the Opening-up of Jilin Province

图们江地区开发以来,吉林省发挥近海边境省份的区位优势初步形成了借港出海与积极发展口岸经济的对外开放格局。随着图们江地区开发项目的升级与周边环境的变化,充分利用吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州特殊的区位优势和口岸条件,实施以延边为对外开放前沿、以珲春市为对外开放窗口的长吉图开发开放战略,将进一步深化吉林省的对外开放。

It is notable that an opening-up pattern with speeding up seaport economy has formed in Jilin Province since the development of Tumen River Area. With the upgrading of the developmental programs and the changes of surrounding situations, however, the regional advantages and the conditions of boundary ports in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture should be fully played. Thus a strategic chain of Changchun-Yanji-Tumen with Yanbian as the front, Hunchun as the window, is expected so as to deepen the opening-up of Jilin Province.
