摘要
采用熔融方法制备了PA6/POE/粘土纳米复合材料。PA6/POE/粘土纳米复合材料具有良好的力学性能,其缺口冲击强度比PA6有显著提高。研究结果表明,有机粘土剥离于PA6基体中,POE相以岛状结构均匀分散于PA6基体中;PA6/POE/粘土纳米复合材料的储能模量比PA6的低,并且随着有机粘土含量的增加而降低。PA6/POE/粘土纳米复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随着粘土含量的增加而升高,具有良好的热稳定性。
Nylon 6/ployolefin elastomer/elay nanocomposites are prepared .by melt blending. Mechanical testing results show that PA 6/POE/clay nanocomposites have better mechanical properties, especially, the impact strength of nanocomposites increases significantly. Organoclay plates are completely exfoliated in PA 6 matrix. From the SEM results, island POE domain homogeneously disperses in PA 6/POE/clay nanocomposites. Storage modulus of nanocomposites is lower than that of PA 6 and decreases with content of clay increasing. Glass transition temperature of nanocomposites is higher than that of PA 6 and increases with content of clay increasing. The nanocomposites have good thermal stability.
