高校毕业生的综合素质和实践能力已越来越被用人单位所看重。文章结合物流管理专业课程特点,根据对目前教学情况的分析,对物流管理本科专业教学改革应从以下几方面入手:将教学和考核重点由理论向综合能力倾斜;合理运用多种教学方法尤其是案例式教学法;不拘于教材内容;加强实验实训建设;提高师资队伍综合素质。

Employers are more and more interested in comprehensive quality and practical capacity of undergraduate students. According to study on current teaching and the feature of logistics management courses, this paper puts forward that the focus of teaching and exam should be leaned from theory to comprehensive capacity, and various teaching ways especial case teaching should be used in reason, and do not to be restricted by hooks, and pay more attention on experiment and training, and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
