摘要
[目的]为小麦抗衰老水肥管理提供参考。[方法]以山农9-1(大穗型)和山农9801(多穗型)2个小麦品种为材料,分别设置窄行稀条播B3(行距10 cm)和常规条播B6(行距20 cm)2个处理,研究不同处理对小麦旗叶SOD、POD活性和MDA含量的影响。[结果]从抽穗至花后30 d,B3处理2品种旗叶的SOD活性均大于B6处理。开花至花后30 d,B3处理山农9-1旗叶的POD活性高于B6处理;抽穗至花后30 d山农9801旗叶的POD活性始终高于B6处理,且开花至花后10 d POD活性最高。B3处理2品种旗叶的MDA含量均低于B6处理。[结论]窄行稀条播可明显延缓小麦衰老。
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide the reference for water and fertilizer management with anti-aging for wheat. [ Method ] With 2 wheat varieties of Shannong 9-1 ( large-spike type) and Shannong 9801 ( multiple spike type ) as the materials, 2 treatments of narrow spaced sparse drilling B3 ( row spacing of 10 cm ) and normal drilling B6 ( row spacing of 20 cm ) were set up to study the effects of different treatments on activities of SOD and POD and eontent of MDA in flag leaves of the wheal. [Result] From heading to 30 d after flowering, the SOD activity of flag leaves of 2 wheat varieties in treatment B3 were higher than those in treatment B6. From flowering to 30 d after flowering, the POD activity of flag leaves of Shannong 9-1 in treatment B3 were higher than that in treatment B6. From heading to 30 d after flowering, the POD activity of flag leaves of Shannong 9801 in treatment B3 was always higher than that in treatment B6, and POD activity reached the highest from flowering to 10 d after flowering. MDA contents in flag leaves of 2 varieties in treatment B3 were all lower than that in treatment B6. [ Conclusion] Narrow spaced sparse drilling could obviously delay the aging of wheat.
