摘要
目的解决RapidchemTM744电解质分析仪电极难以清洗这一难题,研制廉价、高效的清洗剂。方法利用析因设计、研究界面活性剂间协同及拮抗作用,运用最佳浓度组成复合配方对使用过的管道管壁进行清洗,对电解质电极进行清洗,对清洗后的电极做仪器自检、相关分析及日常应用。结果处理前后电极对比分析各项统计学指标均无显著性差异。结论临床应用表明:新型清洗剂廉价、高效清洗效果佳。适合清洗RapidchemTM744电解质分析仪狭长而口径小的仪器管道,具有广泛推广应用价值。
Objective To develop a cheap and effective detergent for Rapid chem^TM 744 analyzer. Methods We have investigated cooperation effect of different surfactants with factorial experiment. At same time, we selcted optimal concentration of the solution by the orthogonal design and comparison were made between new and used Rapid chem^TM 744 electrode. Results There was no significant difference between the determination. Conclusion The clinical application showed that this kind of detergent is very effective and cheap, and is particularly fit in cleaning electrode of the Rapid chem^TM 744.
