摘要 高温防膨剂GDH-06含30%聚季铵盐、约10%无机盐(氯化铵、氯化钾等),其中的聚季铵盐由二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷合成,相对分子质量适中。使用取自孤岛渤76井、含泥质10%~15%、在蒸馏水中散失率>90%的地层岩心测定GDH-06的性能。经5%和10%GDH-06水溶液浸泡,在270℃加热6小时后,岩心保留率分别为89.0%和91.4%;用10%水溶液浸泡,270℃加热时间延至25天时,岩心保留率仅降至86.3%;70℃下在岩心中连续注入5%和10%GDH-06水溶液,对岩心渗透率的伤害率分别为15.2%和9.7%。该剂已成功用于孤岛油田蒸汽吞吐井的防膨处理,使用10%水溶液,处理半径1.2~1.6m,共24井次。该剂已投入批量生产及推广应用。 High temperature resistant clay stabilizer GDH-06 was composed of -- 10% inorganic salts (NH4Cl, KCl, etc) and 30% organic polyquarternary ammonium salt,synthesized from dimethylamine an epichlorohydrin,with moderate molar mass. Its performance properties were investigated on reservoir cores of shale content 10--15% and dispersion loss in distilled water 〉 90% and taken from well Bo-76 at Gudao. The percent recovery of the particulated core was of 89. 0% and 91.4% after immersion in 5% and 10% GDH- 06 solution followed by 6 hr thermal treatment at 270℃ and was slightly dropped to 86. 3% after immersion in 10% GDH-06 solution followed by 25 day thermal treatment at 270℃ ;continuously injecting 5% and 10% GDH-06 solution at 70℃ caused a damage to core permeability(0. 916 and 1. 236/μm^2 ) of 15.2% and 9.7% ,respectively. This combinational clay stabilizer in 10% aqueous solution was successfully used in antiswelling treatments of steam huff-puff wells at Gudao 24 well-times with treating radius being in range 1.2--1.6 m. Tile patch production and the field uses of GDH-06 was started.
