摘要
为进一步提高空气重介流化床干法选煤机的分选精度和运行可靠性,通过理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,论述了空气重介流化床干法选煤机各主要结构参数对流态化及分选效果的影响。结果表明:选煤机的布风装置、流化床的尺寸及排料系统决定了流化床的流化特性、分选精度,决定了选煤机无故障运行时间。
The influence of the structure parameters of the air dense - medium fluidized bed dry coal preparation on separation efficiency was described in the basis of both theoretical analysis and experimental investigations. The results show that the air distributing equipment together with the size and discharging racy of the system of the fluidized bed determine the fluidizing characteristic and the separation accufluidized bed as well the fault-free runtime of the coal separator.
