摘要
过对盘式刹车制动盘失效现象的分析,从制动盘的材料、受力、受热、摩擦磨损等多方面论证制动盘失效的主要原因是摩擦磨损,而不是热疲劳和蠕变的结果。制动盘的寿命受多项条件约束,难于用数学公式计算。制动盘的失效不能用受损伤量来衡量,宜应该用磨损量来判断。当制动盘磨损到影响安全操作或制动间隙无法调节时,即为失效。
Abstract This paper analyzes the failure phenomeon of brake disc of disc brake system.From the following aspects:material of brake disc,force acted on brake disc,heat acted on brake dise,frictional abrasion etc demonstrate that the main reason of failure of brake disc is frictional abrasion,but not thermal fatigue on creep.Many factors affect the Life span of brake disc.It is difficult to calculate with mathemational formular.Fai lure of brake disc is only judged with wear quantity,but not damage quantity.When brake disc wears enough to affect safety in operation or can ’t adjust clearance,this is called failure.
