摘要
所研究的虚拟机床可以完成固体火箭推进剂整形、药柱复杂翼槽型面加工和燃烧室废药清除3种作业。应用UG建立了机床的三维模型,生成了加工程序,在VERICUT环境下,对加工过程进行了仿真和优化。该技术不仅提高了生产效率,节约了研制经费,缩短了发动机研制周期,同时使生产安全性得到了保障。
This article studies a virtual machine tool, which includes three functions: reshaping of propellant, machining of fin-slot and removal of waste grain. And it establishes the machine's three-dimensional model using UG,produces the processing procedure, and carries on simulation and optimization of the processing process under the environment of VERICUT. This technology not only enhances the production efficiency, saves the cost of development, shortens the cycle of development, but also guarantees the production security.
