摘要 合成和表征了2,4-二羟基苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲与铜、锌、钴、镍离子的7个配合物,并测试了配体和配合物的抑菌活性。结果表明:2,4-二羟基苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲是通过S原子,亚胺基N原子和邻位羟基O原子与金属离子形成配合物,配合物及配体对受试菌均有抑菌活性,配合物的抑菌活性均强于自由配体。 Seven Complexes of 2,4-Dihydroxyacetophenone thiosemicarbazone(HL) with their salts of Cu、Zn、Co、Ni were synthesized and characterized. The antibacterial activities of ligand and complexes were invertigated .The results reveal that the transition metal ions are coordinated with H2L through the imide N atom and thiocarbonyl S atom, ortho hydroxyl O atom to form chelates. All the complexes exhibit the higher antibacteral activities sabeing compared with the firr ligand.
