According to the prediction of the World Tourism Organization, China will become the biggest nation of tourism destination in the world by 2020, and it will be one of the top ten biggest tourist generating countries as well. Thus, in this context, Hebei province, as an important province of North China, how to change its rich tourism resources into economic resources and how to make it powerful in tourism are the important questions for it to think. So, a research on the development strategy of tourism has a significant importance to Hebei province in achieving its long-term, in-depth and healthy development in tourism.
