摘要
新投产直接空冷机组普遍存在凝结水氢电导率、二氧化硅、铁等指标严重超标问题,致使给水、炉水、蒸汽等指标不合格,要靠锅炉大流量排污来维持汽水品质。为此,根据基建、调试和投运后3个不同阶段特点,分别提出了有针对性的措施,以确保新投产直接空冷机组汽水品质在较短时间内达到合格。
The problems of severely exceeding set standard for indices, such as hydrogen conductivety, silicon dioxide,and ferrous iron in condensate,are commonly existing in direct air cooled units having been newly put into operation,making the quality of feed water,boiler water,and steam etc to fall far from the required standards,hence,it is forced to increase the blowdown water from boilers for main- taining the quality of steam and water. For this,corresponding measures with clear aims have been put forward respectively on the basis of features in three different stages, namely capital construction,com- mission debugging,and after putting into operation,ensuring the quality of steam and water to be set standard in a short time.
