肠系膜上动脉栓塞治疗体会

Experience in the management of superior mesenteric artery embolism

目的:探讨肠系膜上动脉栓塞的治疗方法。方法:选取2005～2008年在平度市中医院普外科进行治疗的3例肠系膜上动脉栓塞并肠坏死的患者为研究对象,对其均行肠系膜上动脉取栓+坏死肠段切除术,并对其治疗过程加以总结分析,得出相关资料。结果:所有患者术后均顺利恢复,无一例死亡。结论:对肠系膜上动脉栓塞的患者采取经行肠系膜上动脉取栓+坏死肠段切除术较为安全可靠,值得进一步研究探讨。

Objective：Discussed the methods of treatment on the superior mesenteric arterial embolism＇s.netbods：Selected 3 cases superior mesenteric artery embolism and intestinal necrosis during 2005-2008 to carry on the treatment in Pingdu TCM Hospital surgical department,made the artery thrombus extraction＋necrosis intestines section excision method,and summarized the analysis to its course of treatment,obtained the correlation data.Results：All patients convalesced.Condusion： Superior mesenteric artery embolism＇s patients adopts on the the artery thrombus extraction＋necrosis intestines section excision method to be safer reliably,it is worth to be further studying.
