摘要
目的:获取新生隐球菌总RNA。方法:异硫氰酸胍一步法。结果:成功地获得了高质量的[(1.23±0.03)μg/105细胞]新生隐球菌总RNA。结论:将异硫氰酸胍一步法应用于新生隐球菌总RNA的抽提,适用于大样本或小样本量的新生隐球菌RNA的分离。
Objective: To obtain high yields of RNA of good purity from Cryptococcus neoformans. Methods: A singlestep method of RNA isolation from Cryptococcus neoformans by isoguanidine thiocyanate extraction. Results: High yields of RNA of good purity [(1.23±0.03) μg of RNA from 105 cells] were obtained successfully. Conclusion: The RNA extracted from Cryptococcus neoformans by this method is suitable for use in various molecular applications.
