抗核糖体P蛋白抗体与狼疮肾炎的临床表现和血清学的关系

Association between anti-ribosomal P protein antibody and lupus nephritis

目的 :探讨系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)中抗核糖体 P蛋白抗体 (抗 Rib- P)与临床表现和血清学的关系。方法 :将 36例抗 Rib- P阳性患者的临床表现和血清学特征与 195例阴性患者进行比较。结果 :抗 Rib- P阳性组关节炎、光敏感和神经系统损害显著高于阴性组。抗 Rib- P和抗 Sm、抗 SSA、抗SSB和类风湿因子等血清学指标关系密切 ,但两组间肾损害无差异。结论 :抗 Rib- P是诊断 SL E的重要指标 ,它与 SLE神经系统损害、关节炎有关。

Objective:To investigate the association between anti-ribosomal P protein antibody(anti-Rib-P) and clinical characteristics of lupus nephritis(LN).Methods:Clinical and serological characteristics of 36 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) who had positive anti-Rib-P test were reviewed and compared to those of 195 anti-Rib-P negative counterparts.Results:The incidence of arthritis,photosensitivity,and neurological lesions were more common in anti-Rib-P positive group than in negative group.Furthermore,anti-Rib-P was found to be correlated to anti-Sm,SSA,SSB,and rheumatoid factor.However,no differences in renal involvement were found.Conclusion:Anti-Rib-P is one of the important markers of SLE,associated with neurological involvement and arthritis.
