摘要
该论文采用问卷调查、教师访谈等方法了解新课标下农村中学英语教师专业发展现状和教师的专业发展需求,从而提出改进农村中学英语教师专业发展现状的培训方案。
This paper analyzes the status quo and demands of professional development of high school English teachers in the rural areas under new curriculum by means of questionnaire and face-to-face discussion with the teachers Based on which, it proposes training strategies for teachers to boost improvement.
