摘要
英语介词属于虚词,是重要的功能词,是造句组篇的重要纽带之一。考虑到英语介词的特点及英汉两种语言的差别,英语介词的翻译大有讲究。从介词的动态和静态的角度进行对英语介词分类,再根据动态介词和静态介词的不同特点,探讨了英语介词汉译的技巧。
English prepositions are one kind of important empty words or functional words.In view of the features of English prepositions and the differences between English and Chinese,much importance should be attached to the research of the Chinese translation of English prepositions.This paper first classifies the English prepositions into either the dynamic category or the static one,and then suggests some methods to translate the English prepositions.
