摘要
通过计算双层磁性d波超导结界面势垒散射效应,研究了双层磁性d波超导结中Josephson临界电流随温度、磁交换能以及势垒强度的变化关系。研究发现:当交换场的强度在某一范围之内时,双层磁性d波Josephson临界电流强烈依赖于结两边d波超导体的晶位角,而且当磁交换能在特定条件下也能增强约瑟夫森电流。
The Josephson currents in the ferromagnetic d - wave superconductor(FdS)/insulating layer(I) / ferromagnetic d- wave superconductor(FdS) junctions are calculated as a function of the temperature, exchange field, and insulating barrier strength by taking into account the barrier interface scattering effect in FdS/I/FdS junction. It is found that the Josephson critical currents in FdS/FdS junction depend to a great extent on the relative orientation of the effective exchange field of the two S electrodes, and the crystal orientation of the FdS. The exchange field can under certain conditions enhance the Josephson critical current.
