摘要
本文通过对舞阳4200mm轧机液压AGC系统改造、调试和使用情况的分析说明,阐述了宽厚板轧机液压AGC改造的一些基本技术工艺问题。对利用现有设备进行轧制方式的变化和工艺开发、提高设备厚度精度和产品质量指标等也做了介绍,证明4200mm轧机液压AGC的改造效果是好的,符合经济技术要求。
This article describes some basic technological and process problems regarding hydraulic AGC modification of wide and heavy mill by analyseing and expounding modification comm-issioning and operation of hydraulic AGC system for 4200mm mill in Wuyang. Description is also made of change in rolling mode and process development,enhancement of thickness accuracy of the equipment and product quality index,etc by using existing equipment,showing that modification of hydraulic AGC for 4200mm mill is effective, confoming to economic and technical requirements.
