摘要
特发性发疹性斑状色素沉着症（idiopathic emptive macular pigmentation，IEMP）由Degos于1978年首次命名，。是一种以颈部、躯干及四肢近端对称性色素沉着斑为特征少见的色素异常性皮肤病。自Sanzde Galdeano等于1996年建立了此疾病的诊断标准后，近年来陆续有关于该病的报道。本文将从病因、临床表现、组织病理、超微结构特点以及治疗等方面对其加以综述。
