玻璃体切除联合气体填充术后应用俯卧位面部支架的效果观察

Effects Observation of Facial Support in Prone Position for Patients after Vitrectomy with Air Injection

目的探讨应用俯卧位面部支架对玻璃体切除联合气体填充术后患者临床护理效果的影响。方法将60例行玻璃体切除联合气体(C3F8)填充术治疗的复杂性视网膜脱离患者根据所在病区分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组患者术后采用俯卧位面部支架进行体位护理,对照组患者术后采用常规俯卧位护理。分别记录两组患者俯卧位持续时间,采用量表评估患者舒适度,观察两组患者术后不良反应发生情况;术后2周及6个月随访有无并发症及复发情况。结果观察组患者俯卧位持续时间及舒适度评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组术后不良反应、并发症及复发情况少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论俯卧位面部支架可减少患者术后强迫体位带来的不适,提高患者的依从性和舒适度,减少术后不良反应及并发症。

Objective To study the effects of facial support in prone position for patients after vitrectomy with air injection. Methods Sixty patients with complicated retinal detachment after vitrectomy with air injection（C3F8）were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. The routine nursing measures were used in the control group and the facial support in prone position in the observation group. The lying times of the two group were observed. A selfdesigned questionnaire survey was conducted on the comfort of the patients. And the occurrence rate of untoward reactions and complications and reoccurrence through the follow-up in the end of 6th month after operation of the two groups were observed. Results The lying time and comfort level evaluation in the observation group were superior to those in the control group with significant differences（P〈0.01）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions,complications and reoccurrence of the disease were lower than those in the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The facial support in prone position can effectively reduce discomfort with the operation, improve the compliance and comfort degree and decrease adverse reactions.
