情商作为一个人能否成功和发展的重要商数,已被社会众多人士关注。如何在大学生日常教育管理过程中加强情商教育,将直接关系到大学生的就业质量。为帮助大学生更好地适应社会和走向社会,提高当代大学生的情商水平,以期在未来获得成功的事业和幸福的生活,分析当代大学生情商教育存在的问题,提出解决这些问题的对策,就显得十分重要和紧迫。

As an important quotient, EQ decides a man＇s success and development in society, and has been concerned by many people. How to strengthen EQ in college daily management will be directly related to the em- ployment of college graduates. To help students better adapt to society, and improve contemporary college stu- dents＇ EQ, get a successful career and a happy life in the future, we have analyzed the existing problems while educating the contemporary college students＇ EQ and we have advanced some countermeasures to solve these problems.
