西北丝绸之路旅游区合作开发研究——基于丝路申遗的视角分析

The Research on the Cooperation and Exploration for Northwest Silk Road Tourist Areas in the Light of Declaration of the World Heritage of the Silk Road

"丝绸之路"完全有可能成为推动我国西北丝绸之路旅游区实现跨越式发展的桥梁和纽带。"丝绸之路"的区域合作、联合开发与跨国申报世界遗产,对于我国来说既是难得的机遇又是严峻的挑战。只有区域联动才能最大限度地发挥这一旅游带的资源潜力,加强陕、甘、宁、青、新五省区间的省际合作,跨国联合申报"丝绸之路"中国段为世界人类文化遗产具有较强的现实需求和意义。从阐述丝绸之路的历史起源与价值地位和丝绸之路的申遗背景和现实意义入手,论述了丝绸之路申报世界遗产的实践进程及丝绸之路跨国旅游合作的现实可行性,并提出了"丝绸之路"中国段跨国合作申报世界遗产的实践措施。

The Silk Road is of great possibility to be the bridge and bond for promoting the tourist development of the northwest area. The regional cooperation, co-development, and the multinational application for being listed as the world heritage are both challenges and opportunities for China. The regional co-development could develop the resource potential of the areas to the greatest extent therefore strengthening the inter-provincial cooperation to apply for being listed as the world heritage will be of great significance. This article expounds the origin of the Silk Road as well as its significant value, meanwhile, it tells the general background and realistic importance of its ap- plication for being listed in the cultural heritage of UNESCO. Including the theoretical exploration and relevant practical activities, the article also presents the feasibility of multinational cooperation in the Silk Road tourism and the practical measures in both applying for being listed in the cultural heritage of UNESCO and cooperation in tourism development of the Silk Road.
