摘要
采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法和费林试剂滴定法测定发酵液中糖含量。对测定结果的对比分析表明:费林试剂滴定法易受很多因素的干扰,不同测定人员之间的误差较大,3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法操作简单,速度快,客观因素对其影响较少,结果准确。
Applying titration methods using 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid assay and the Fehling reagent respectively, the sugar contents in fermentation broth was determined. The comparison and analysis results showed that the Fehling reagent titration was vulnerable to a lot of factors and the measurement errors varied amongst different technicians. Notwithstanding the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid assay was simple, fast, less vulnerable to the environmental factors, accurate and reliable.
