摘要
采用正交试验方法对棉秆木材复合轻质板的生产工艺条件与物理力学性能的关系进行了研究,确定了棉秆木材复合轻质板的优化工艺条件:棉木比1.4,施胶量11%,板材密度0.7 g/cm3,石蜡用量3%。
Anorthogonal experiment was done in order to find the relationship between manufacturing technological parameters of cotton stalk-wood light-weight composite board and physical and mechanical properties.Optimal technologic parameter of cotton stalk-wood light-weight composite board was determined:the ratio of cotton stalk and wood is 1.4,glue consumption is 11%,the board density is 0.7 g/cm3, paraffin dosage is 3%.
