摘要
评述了快开式隔膜压滤机的工作原理、结构特点以及脱水性能上的优势,同时对其在浮精脱水后对煤泥分选工艺及脱水环节的影响进行了深入分析。认为,该压滤机应用到浮精脱水后,不但可以节能降耗,为煤泥分选找到新方法,还可为煤泥的分段回收创造条件,促进了煤泥分选新工艺的推广。
This paper describes the advantages of the working principles, structural characters and dewatering performance of the fast--open diaphragm filter press. An in--depth analysis is carried out on the impact of the said filter press on coal slime separation process and dewatering process when it is applied in floatation clean coal dewatering. According to this paper, the application of this filter press in floatation clean coal dewatering process will not only result in energy savings and identifying novel method for coal slime separation, but also creating conditions for coal slime recovery in stages. This helps promote a spread use of novel techniques for slime separation.
