Research on electromechanical co-simulation of three-axis simulation turntable

介绍了机电联合仿真的意义以及虚拟样机技术和ADAMS软件的功能.利用Solidworks机械设计软件建立三轴摇摆台的机械仿真模型,并详细描述了ADAMS与MATLAB/Simulink进行机电联合仿真的基本过程,获得了虚拟三轴摇摆台的特性曲线,最后对该机电联合仿真存在的问题和解决办法进行了研究.

This paper presents the significance of the electromechanical co-simulation, the technology of virtual Prototyping （VP） and the function of the software of ADAMS The model of three-axis turntable was built with Solidworks, the process of electromechanical co-simulation of three-axis turntable based on ADAMS and MATLAB was described and the simulation results were given. The dealing methods in the simulation were shown and the problems in the simulation were pointed out finally.
