为满足地区、县供电分公司层面的科技成果管理现代化的需要,研制了科技成果管理信息系统,充分考虑了基层单位现状和科技成果管理流程的特点,采用了ASP动态网页技术和JavaScript脚本技术,实现了对基层科技成果的申报、审核、评分、评奖等流程的全过程信息化管理,有效地提高基层单位科技成果的管理效率。

Introduce a scientific and technological achievement management information system used in a branch-level power supply company. This system takes full account of both the features of scientific and technological achievement management process for the grass roots units and the staff＇s current status for application. The dynamic ASP page technology and JavaScript technology have been used to achieve the complete information-based management of reporting, review,score, awards and the other processes of the scientific and technological achievements for grass-roots units, and at the same time avoided the tedious process caused by the past paper reporting and assessment procedure,with the result that the utility for the grass-roots units to manage the scientific and technological achievements is greatly improved.
