Model DGY341-114 packer for water injection

针对大港南部油田高凝、高粘、低渗透、油藏深、注入水水质不合格、洗井流程不配套、泵压不稳及工艺管柱配置不合理等问题，研制了DGY341－114型封隔器和与之配套的锚定工艺管柱。该型封隔器具有结构简单，组装方便，坐封、解封灵活，能重复坐封，承受压差大，适应于多种井况的特点。配套的锚定工艺管柱具有施工简单，能较大减轻油管蠕动的特点，提高了分注管柱的使用寿命。试验统计表明，封隔器坐封合格率100％，现场施工成功率100％，投捞测配成功率90％。

In the light of the problems with packers for water injection in South Dagang Oilfield, Model DGY314—14 packer and anchoring technology string are developed. The packer is characterized by simple structure, easy mounting, flexible setting and releasing, high adaptability. The anchoring technology string can be installed easily and can reduce the creep of tubing remarably and improve the service life of the scparate layer water injection string. Test shows that good effect has been achieved by using Model DGY341-114 packer.
