摘要
该文运用针刺、喷雾2种室内接菌方法对16个葡萄品种进行抗烂果病研究。结果表明:(1)葡萄烂果病原菌(黑根霉,Rhizopus nigricans Ehrenb)对所有16个品种葡萄都侵染致病。(2)葡萄烂果病原菌的侵入方式是伤口侵入,针刺法感染速度快于喷雾法;无伤口时,葡萄品种间抗病性差异较明显,‘红提’‘京秀’‘无核紫’‘优无核’‘马奶子’‘克瑞森’具有较强的抗性。(3)针刺法接种在不同葡萄品种间的感染率无明显差异,只是1688稍慢于其他品种;喷雾法接种不同葡萄品种间的感染率差异明显,但所有品种发病都较慢,程度较轻。(4)黑根霉接种后24h即可发病,有明显的病变。
This research used the needling inoculation andthe sprayinginoculation to study on the resistance of grape rot disease with 16 grape cultivars. The results showed that: (1)Rhizopus nigricans Ehrenb can infect and have the pathogenicity to all grape cuhivars collected; (2)Because the Rhizopus nigricans Ehrenb can infect grape cuhivars by cuts, so the needling inoculation has faster speed of infecting more the spraying inoculation; but the grape cuhivars have the obviously difference resistance when there was no wound;and the grape cultivars ' Hongti' 'Jinzi' ' Seedless purple' ' Seedless you' ' Manaizi' ' Kereisen' have the more resistant than others ; (3)To use the needling inoculation the infection rate has no obviously difference in all grape cuhivars, just 1688 grape cuhivars' infection speed was slowly and still was susceptible;however use the spraying inoculation the infection rate has obviously difference in all grape cuhivars and the speed was slowly,the disease severity is light. (4)The grape inoculated Rhizopus nigricans Ehrenb can show the symptom after 24h.
