摘要
采用考马斯亮蓝染色法对新疆野生啤酒花中水溶性蛋白质含量进行测定。分析比较不同居群的蛋白质含量及其差异表现,为新疆野生啤酒花蛋白质含量特征差异和不同居群种质资源价值的评估提供有益基础资料。
The content of proteins in Xinjiang wild hops was determined by the dying method with coomassie brilliant blue. Analysis the proteins content in wild hops from different populations. This study provided scientific basis for further research, development and utilization of Xinjiang wild hops.
