新型磁流变减振器的磁路设计与有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 磁路设计是磁流变减振器设计的关键部分。利用磁路欧姆定律对磁流变减振器的磁路进行计算,确定了励磁线圈的相关参数,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的磁场分析功能对结构参数进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,理论计算部分存在一定的误差,修正设计参数,重新进行仿真分析,磁路设计基本满足了减振器的设计要求。 The magnetic circuit's design is the most important part for the design ot MRF damper.Ohm law of magnetic circuit has been used in the calculation of magnetic circuit of MRF damper, parameters of magnetic coil has been solved, and the magnetic field analyzing function of ANSYS has been used in a simulation analysis of the parameters. The simulation results show that, there was an error in the calculation. Change design parameters and do the simulation analysis again, results show that the magnetic circuit can meet the design requirements.
