摘要
简述了我国钛合金旋压技术的发展历程,钛合金旋压技术的特征、存在的问题及解决方法。文章指出:铸造管坯-强力旋压成形加工是大口径、薄壁无缝钛筒体的一种低成本、高效、短流程技术方案;应充分发挥旋压学术委员会的指导、组织和协调作用,并研制专用的热旋压设备,推动我国钛合金旋压技术的发展。
Developing procedure, features, problems and solutions for spin-forming technology of titanium alloys in China were reviewed in this paper. Large diameter, thin wall thickness seamless Ti cylinders can be processed by power spinning technology from casting pipe blanks, which is a low cost, high efficiency, short process technology. In order to motivate the development of the technique in China, favorable factors of Spin-Forming Association, e.g. instruction, organization, coordination, should be made full uses, and special thermal spin-forming facilities should also be exploited.
