摘要
用自行研制的蓄热逆流氧化装置对煤矿乏风的氧化反应进行试验,考察了CH4体积分数、乏风流量、换向周期和反应区温度对煤矿乏风氧化的影响.结果表明:当CH4体积分数大于0.2%时,蓄热逆流氧化装置能够维持自热氧化反应,氧化率在99%以上,且能够回收一定的热量;随CH4体积分数和乏风流量的增加,氧化装置中心区温度升高,高温区域扩大,有利于氧化反应的进行;最佳换向周期范围为90~150 s;煤矿乏风氧化的最低反应温度为880℃左右.
Oxidation of coal mine ventilation air methane (VAM) was investigated in a thermal reverse-flow reactor. The effects of CH4 concentration, flow, cyclic period and temperature were studied. The results show that oxidation of coal mine ventilation air methane is achieved for methane concentration of 0. 2% -0. 8% in reactor. The conversion rates of CH4 are all above 99% , and some heat can be recovered. With the increase of CH4 concentration and flow, temperature of middle area increases, volume of high temperature increases. It is to improve conversion rate of CH4. The optimum window of cyclic period is 90 - 150 s. The lowest oxidation temperature is 880 ℃.
