在研究农业科技成果分类体系、分类评价指标体系和评价管理体系的基础上,综合考虑系统的评价功能、数据(库)、评价动态信息储存和管理功能等,采用C#语言在Windows的IIS6.0支持下开发了农业科技成果分类评价网络信息系统。软件结构为基于WEB的C/S结构,可通过计算机互联网实施远程访问、管理和评价。介绍了该系统的结构、开发目标与特点、开发平台与方法及系统功能设计等。

The system was developed by C# under MS windows and IIS 6.0 environments with the function of evaluation manage, databases manage, dynamic evaluation information storage manages etc. The software structure was C/S based on WEB. Visit, manage and evaluation by remote through intemet. The system structure, software development aim and character, develop platform and method, system function design etc were introduced.
