摘要
根据单家寺油田超稠油油藏开发的特点,从提高最终采收率出发研制了一种适合该油田的蒸汽增效剂(ZXJ-1)。介绍了ZXJ-1的增油机理及其组成。对ZXJ-1的热稳定性、原油界面张力随ZXJ-1浓度变化的关系、静态洗油效果、原油降粘效果及驱油效率进行了评价。结果表明,ZXJ-1与超稠油有着较低的界面张力,静态洗油效果较彻底,能够大幅降低原油粘度,并具有一定的调整吸气剖面的作用,可以达到混相驱和表面活性剂驱的双重功效,能够满足单家寺油田开发的需要。
Based on the recovery characteristics of Shanjiasi super-heavy reservoir,a steam booster (ZXJ-1) aiming at enhanced oil recovery was presented.The oil recovery mechanism and the formulation of the SEPA were introduced,the heat stability,the relationship between the interfacial tension and the concentration of the ZXJ-1,the static flushing effect,the viscosity breaking efficiency and the flushing efficiency of the ZXJ-1 were evaluated. The results show that ZXJ-1 has the characteristics of low interfacial tension between the crude oil and the agent,thorough flushing efficiency,it can obviously low the viscosity of the crude oil and regulate the gas injection profile,which can meet the need of the EOR operation of Shanjiasi Oilfield.
