小茅山银铜铅锌矿石的选矿工业应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用铜、铅、锌顺序优先浮选工艺处理小茅山银铜铅锌矿石,在原矿品位为铜1.36%、铅3.27%、锌3.34%、银231.41g/t时,得到的铜精矿含铜24.80%、铜回收率77.04%,铅精矿含铅61.28%、铅回收率75.40%,锌精矿含锌48.47%、锌回收率80.02%,银在铜精矿和铅精矿中的总回收率为85.56%。工业生产长期稳定运行。 The selective flotation processing is adopt to treat Xiaomaoshan Silver-Copper-Zinc Ore. When the ore head assay is 1.36% of copper, 3.27% of lead, 3.34% of zinc and 231.41g/t of silver, copper concentrate contains 24.08% copper and copper recovery is 77.04%, lead concentrate contains 61.28% of lead and lead recovery is 75.40%, zinc concentrate contains 48.47% of zinc and zinc recovery is 80.02%. Silver recovery in copper concentrate and lead concentrate is totally 85.56%. The processing is operating for long-term.
