摘要
根据圆环链中频电源智能控制系统的现场工作环境和可靠性要求,通过对诸多干扰因素的深入分析并结合现场试验结果,提出了以下可靠性设计方法:控制系统元器件的合理选用与降额、降频使用,建立故障安全机制,电磁兼容性分析与设计,软件和硬件看门狗结合应用;采用该方法设计的中频电源智能控制系统在圆环链生产车间的实际应用中取得了很好的可靠性能。
According to field work environment and reliability requirement of medium--frequency power intelligent control system for round link chain, the paper proposes a reliability design method including reasonable choice of control system components, the use of derating and reducing frequency, the establishment of fail--safe mechanism, the analysis and design of electromagnetic compatibility, and application of software and hardware combining with watchdog. The intelligent control system designed by the method receives a better reliable performance in practical application to round link chain production.
