摘要
由于插头镀金(金手指)应用的特殊性,通常对PCB上的插头镀金部位有耐腐蚀性的要求。文章就各种腐蚀性测试标准、镀层孔隙、封孔技术等进行了探讨,并根据实验研究,达到了提高插头镀金部位镀层耐腐蚀性的目的,并通过了GR-1217-CORE标准的测试。
Due to the specificity of Gold finger applications, Corrosion-resistant of gold finger is required generally. The test standard of corrosion-resistant, plating hole, and passivator technology are discussed in this article, and through the experiment, corrosion-resistant of the metal coating on gold finger is improved successfully, and had been passed GR-1217-CORE test.
