摘要
实验研究了温度和面内场共同作用下软畴段的行为.实验发现:面内场对软畴段的条泡转变场Hsb和软泡缩灭场H0有很大影响,而且Hsb和H0的变化与晶向有关.比较不同温度下、不同晶向上的结果,得到了与磁泡参量相关的分界面内场(Hip)d,不同温度下的软畴段对应着不同的(Hip)d,而且(Hip)d随着温度的升高而降低,在低温下,分界面内场(Hip)d是饱和磁化强度4πMs的2倍.
The behavior of soft segments subjected to both temperature and in-plane field was experimentally studied. It was found that in-plane field Hip greatly affects the stripe-to-bubble transition field of soft domain segments Hsb and the collapse field of soft bubbles H0 , and the changes of Hsb and H0 are related to the crystal orientation. Comparing the results for different crystal orientations and different temperatures, the authors obtained a dividing in-plane field (Hip)d related to the magnetic bubble parameters. The soft segments at different temperatures were responding to different (Hip)d. And the value of the dividing in-plane field decreased with increase of the temperature. ( Hip )d is about two times of the saturated magnetization 4-πMs at low temperatures.
