摘要
介绍楼高20层的交通信息指挥中心结构方案的优化布置、错层结构钢管混凝土核心柱设计以及节点构造、剪力墙平面外锚固长度不足的环梁方案、小剪跨连梁超筋的构造措施、悬挑结构斜拉杆的节点设计、现浇空心楼盖设计、柱网改变导致高位牛腿托换的计算分析及构造、屋顶大跨度的楼盖设计等,全面反映了该工程的结构设计难点和技术创新情况。
Rising up 96.0m,with a vertical layout of two storys basement and twenty storys above the ground,the Traffic Information Command Center which located on tianhenaner road,guangzhou,adopts frame-shearwall structural system. The optimized disposal of structure, steel pipeencased concrete core columns in staggered storys structure and conformation of nodes are emphatically introduced. The loop beam scheme applied while out-of-plane anchoring length of shearwall isn't satisfied,conformation methods of the small sbearspan overreinforced coupling wall-beam and node design of cantilevered diagonal stay are particularly presented. Cast-in-situ hollow floor slab,calcutational analysis and conformation of high-post bracket underpinning caused by column grid redisposing and floor system design of highspan roof are also deliberately described. From all the information above,the designing difficulties and technical innovation of this project can be known.
