摘要
采用可控式低温稻壳灰制备装置研究了各种因素对稻壳灰产品的影响;X射线及SEM表征表明,制得的低温稻壳灰为无定形态,且颗粒粒度范围为50~100nm。将低温稻壳灰作为水泥掺合料,与硅灰和粉煤灰对比得到:低温稻壳灰对混凝土强度具有明显的提高效用;当水灰比一定,低温稻壳灰掺入量小于20%(质量分数)时,硅灰与稻壳灰的增强效果相近,可以用稻壳灰代替硅灰。
The controllable low temperature rice husk ash preparation equipment is ultilized to research the factors which influence the rice husk ash product. The characterization from X-ray and SEM shows that the prepared low temperature rice husk ash holds amorphous structure, and the particle size distribution range is 50~100nm. Utilizing the low temperature rich husk ash as admixture of cement, and compared with silicon ash and fly ash, the results show that, the low temperature rice husk ash has obvious improvement effect in concrete strength. When the water to cement ratio is fixed, if the addition quantity of low temperature rice husk ash below 20% (mass fraction), the strengthen effect of the low temperature rice husk ash is close to the silicon ash,and it can replace the silicon ash.
