摘要
为了实现食品科学与工程专业国家级特色专业的建设目标,确定了食品科学与工程专业国家级特色专业建设点的建设思路,制订出食品科学与工程专业国家级特色专业建设方案。在人才培养方案及课程体系建设、教师队伍建设、实践教学体系建设、课程建设和教材建设、科研和学科建设等方面进行了探索。
In order to realize the target of construction of national characteristic specialty for Food Science and Engineering, the thought of construction has been confirmed, and the construction project has been mapped out The paper discusses in detail the scheme of talent cultivation and construction of curriculum system, construction of teaching staff, construction of practice teaching system, construction ofcourses and teachingmateria,l construction of scientific research and subjects.
