摘要
高职院校加大了对实训教学的投入,注重学生的知识、行为和技能等显性素质的培养,但对学生职业道德、职业意识与职业态度等隐性素质关注较少。探讨职业意识在文秘专业课堂教学中的渗透,以期提高学生就业核心竞争力。
Vocational colleges steps up investment in practical instruction,stresses on development of the student s Explicit qualities such as knowledge,behavior and skills,but pays less attention to development of their tacit qualities such as vocational ethics,vocational consciousness and vocational attitudes.The article discusses on how to infiltrate vocational consciousness into classroom instruction with the view to developing students’ employment competiveness.
