创新人才的培养离不开创新教育,创新教育既是高等教育发展的需要,更是社会发展的需要,独立学院作为一种新的办学模式,必须把创新教育作为生存发展的重要手段,为此要处理好数量与质量、教与学、依托与自主、保守与开放的关系。

Independent college, as a new mode of education, must take innovative education into consideration as an important means of survival and development. The relationships concerning independent colleges between quantity and quality, teaching and learning, reliance and autonomy, conservatism and opening should therefore be properly handled.
