摘要
利用透射电子显微镜观察乌苏里拟鲿(Pseudobagrus ussuriensis)精子的超微结构。结果表明,乌苏里拟鲿精子由头部、中段和尾部组成。头部呈球形或椭圆球形,核前端无顶体,后端有植入窝。中段包括中心粒复合体和袖套。植入窝从细胞核的后端陷入核中。中心粒复合体位于植入窝内,包括近端中心粒和远端中心粒。袖套与细胞核后端相连,袖套中含有丰富的线粒体。尾部主要结构是轴丝,为典型的"9+2"结构,轴丝外两侧为细胞质膜形成的对称性鳍样结构。尾部内无囊泡及其他细胞器。
The ultrastructure of the spermatozoon of teleost Pseudobagrus ussuriensis was observed by using transmission electron microscope. The results show that the spermatozoon of Pseudobagrus ussuriensis consists of head, body and tail. The head shapes like a sphere or spheroid. The nucleus has high density of chromatin and nuclear vacuole within it while it has an implantation fossa at the posterior end but absence of acrosome at the anterior end. The body consists of the centriolar complex and the sleeve. The implantation fossa of spermatozoon sinks into the back of cell nucleus, whose length exceeds 1/2 of cell nucleus and its major axis is paralleled to that of cell nucleus. The centriolar complex is in the implantation fossa, which consists of proximal centriole, intercentriolar body and basal body. The proximal centriole is in the front of the implantation fossa, and the basal body is in the middle of the implantation fossa. Both of them arrange in a line and the structure located between them is the intercentriolar body. The sleeve which is rich in mitochondria locates next to the posterior end of the nucleus. The typical structure of axoneme is "9+2" pattern. On both sides out of the axoneme is fro-liked symmetrically structure which is a form of cytoplasm. Resides axoneme, there is no vesicle or other organelles in the tail.
