非确定环境下HPP系统构架与CMAPP模型的整数仿真

摘要 在非确定性环境下,产品订单、市场价格以及设备生产能力等因素都具有不确定性,层次性生产计划及其分解计划呈现出多层次型结构,结合人机系统给出了层次性生产计划决策支持系统构架,并对最上层的集约生产计划参数规划模型进行了劳动密集型与技术密集型两类实例的整数仿真,仿真结果得到了二者间的共性与各自的特点。 In non-deterministic environment,many factors such as product orders,market prices and equipment productivity are uncertain.In this case,hierarchical production planning and its decomposition plan show a multi-tiered structure.The Hierarchical production planning DSS skeleton put forward with the man-machine system,and two types of integer simulation of the labor-intensive and the technology-intensive for top of aggregation production planning parameter programming model suggested.The general character and respective characteristic between this two labor types concluded via the simulation result.
