摘要
“三维闪电探测系统研制”是国家科技部科研院所技术开发专项，其目标是开发完整的三维全闪（云闪、地闪、云内特殊放电事件）探测和定位系统。采用闪电VLF/LF和VHF辐射信号同步联合分析的方式，采用时差定位技术，利用闪电波形匹配、脉冲匹配、时域相关和频谱分析等方法，实现对闪电辐射事件的三维探测。2007年主要开展了以下3个方面的工作：
