太赫兹时域光谱技术在纺织纤维鉴别中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 提出了一种基于太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)的纺织品鉴别方法,并以几种常见的合成纤维作为实验介质证明该方法的可行性。利用THz-TDS系统测得了这些介质在大赫兹波段的时域光谱信号,得到了它们在太赫兹波段吸收系数谱。实验结果表明,涤纶、锦纶和维纶分别在0.98、1.51和1.16THz有明显不同的特征吸收峰,芳纶、腈纶和天丝的吸收谱也存在明显差别。研究表明,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术进行合成纤维鉴别是可行的,为进一步将太赫兹波技术应用于纺织品检测提供了依据。 A method to discriminate textiles based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS)is proposed, and some commonly used synthetic fibers are investigated. The absorption spectra of uarious synthetic fibers are measured using the THz-TDS system. The experimental results show that terylene, polyamide, and vinylon have a characteristic absorption peak at 0.98 THz, 1.51 THz, and 1.16 THz in their absorption spectra, respectively, while aromatic polyamide fiber, acrylic fiber, and Tencel fiber have no characteristic peaks but differ from each other very much. The research results show that it is feasible to apply terahertz time domain spectroscopy into the identification of synthetic fibers.
